General booking conditions and information:
1) Prices include VAT and do not include the city tax
2) The booking is valid only once you have paid the deposit (the 30% of the total amount or the total amout for staying less than three days) and when you receive a written confirmation. The deposit is not refundable: however, in case of serious motivations, you can use it to stay in another period during the same season.
3) Arrival delays must be promptly communicated to the management, however in case of early departure the entire amount of the stay has to be paid. Possible delays of more than 24 hours, if not specified will cause the booking cancellation.
4) The direction reserves the right to discretionally assign the room , respecting the type of room booked. The room's number, whenever confirmed, could be changed.
5) The reception is open every day 24/24. The rooms are available on arrival day from 1 pm and on departure date it must be set free at 10 am
6) Animation service is we are not responsible of kids left alone by parents
7) Beach service: included in the price one sun umbrella and two sunbeds.
8) Dogs and other pets are not allowed, reserve law's exceptions, for which the guest will have to exhibit the certificate.
9) For any dispute the competent Court is Venice's Court and the guest renounces to the competence of any other different Law Authority
ATTENTION: From 6/12/2011, according to the new Italian law regarding the traceability of cash, the payments exceeding € 2.999,00 must be settled ONLY by bank transfer, credit card or check.
